As exclusively reported by Goal, the Kawangware-based outfit has now appointed former Entebbe FC and Artland-Katale FC coach Richard Pinto Tamale after being assessed for close to one month.

During the probation time, Pinto guided Nairobi City Stars to two draws in the league; one against Muhoroni Youth and the second one against Posta Rangers. “I’m pleased to make this announcement. We are ushering into the team a dynamic person, who is well versed to working with youngsters.

“I believe he will be useful to us during his time here,” chairman Peter Jabuya told the club’s official web-portal.

Nairobi City Stars currently sit on the 15th slot of the league with 12 points from 17 matches.
