Along with a new MacBook Air, Apple today introduced us to new iPad Pro.
The company chose, for this edition, to eliminate the start button in favor of FaceID (the facial identification system that debuted with the iPhone X) and expand the LCD screen by reducing the edges.
It does not have, however, the notch, the characteristic notch of the iPhone X, XS and XR: the components are in the frame of the screen.
The new iPad Pro will be available in versions of 11 and 12.9 inches, but the overall volume will be the same as previous models (although they are thinner: 5.9 mm); the Other design change is the body of the team, with straight edges that remind the iPhone
Another remarkable change of the iPad Pro is the replacement of the classic Lightning port by a USB-C, as it uses the rest of the industry (which allows, among other things, to charge an iPhone with an iPad), and a magnetic hook system for various accessories, such as the pen to write on the screen (something that other companies like Microsoft) already offer with the Surface), or the new keyboard, which also serves as a cover.
The new iPad Pro has A12X processors (a version more powerful than the iPhone XS, is 35 percent faster) and a new graphics chip, which according to the company offers a graphical performance similar to an Xbox One S.
The new iPad Pro offers up to 1 terabyte of storage, and the USB-C port can be used to connect to 5K monitor. The battery offers a range of 10 hours, according to Apple.
They include a version with LTE (and eSIM to choose operator in the countries where they are admitted), four speakers, and 12-megapixel rear camera capable of recording video in 4K.
The prices of the iPad Pro are Ksh. 79,900 (11-inch screen) and Ksh 99,900 (12.9-inch) screen) for the 64 GB version of storage.
It will also offer versions of 256, 512 and 1 TB of storage, with prices reaching 1549 or 1749 dollars, depending on the screen size, in the highest capacity configuration.
