•Significant previous experience as a manager of a high-end, internationally-focused lodge (at least 10 years), who will report directly to the owner
•A real love of guests and creating magical guest experiences, fun, funny, diligent, caring
•A positive, “can do” attitude is absolutely essential
•Proven track record of honesty and integrity
•Kenyan citizens only
