Customer Service Intern
Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for operations follow up and customer service for some of client accounts.
- Organizing regular meetings with the clients to get feedback and understand ways to improve the service.
- Responsible for taking client phone calls and walk-ins, reporting to clients on status of their business
- Provide feedback to management on improvement of the operations.
- Providing solutions for customers.
- Assist fellow workmates in the department
- Any other work tasks requested by the supervisor.
Experience
- Degree in related field
- Good oral and writing skills
- Pleasant
- Quick learner
- Basic knowledge oon good customer service
- Great communication skills
- Solution oriented
