1. Admin Assistant 6 (posts)
Administrative Assistants shall work under the general guidance of more experienced administrators at Faculty, Schools, Academic & Administrative Division of the University where he/she will be exposed to broad Administrative duties. Must have a Bachelors degree in Public Administration, Education, Diplomacy, Human Resource Management, Planning, Social Sciences or in a related field.

2. Operations Assistant
Provision of administrative support advises in terms of maintenance works including official transport Supervision and allocation of duties to drivers. Must have Bachelors degree in relevant technical area.

3. Assistant Registrar
Coordination human resource functions Overseeing of keeping and updating of all staff records
Must have Masters Degree in Public Administration, Education, Human Resource Management, Planning or in a related field. Click here to apply
4. Assistant Librarian
The Assistant Librarian shall work under the guidance of the University Librarian and will coordinate all functions of the library activities. Bachelors degree in Library and/or Information Science or Higher National Diploma in Library/Information Science with three (3) years relevant working experience.

5. Protocol Assistant
Protocol Assistant shall work in liaison with the Personal Assistant to the Vice Chancellor where he/she will be expected to provide coordination of activities, receiving visitors and managing the VC’s itinerary and functions.
Must have a Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Diplomacy, Journalism and Mass communication, Human Resource Management, Planning or in a related field.

6. Controller Of Examination
coordinate examination matters with departmental heads, internal and external examiners and administrative assistants in all matters related to university examinations. Master’s degree or Bachelors and a Professional Qualification.

Certificate level training with some degree of specialisation.
