Among the dead were 32 Kenyans in the plane that was bound to land at JKIA in Nairobi.
The aircraft B-737-800MAX with registration number ET-AVJ which crashed on Sunday 10th, March 2019 had just left Ethiopia’s capital Addis Ababa, Bole International Airport
It was expected at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport at 10:25 Sunday morning.
The brand new Boeing 737 MAX 8 had just been bought four months ago to Africa’s largest Airline
In 2010 one of the company’s planes crashed in the Mediterranean Sea shortly after leaving Beirut, killing 90 people on board.
Female Cabin Crew
During International Women’s Day which happened on 8th March 2019, Ethiopian Airline celebrated the day by using all women personnel to operate a flight that was bound for Norway, in Oslo town
However, as fete may have it, they have been dealt with a huge blow after they lost all female personnel who were on the Sunday crash plane.
A report which is not yet confirmed indicate that some of the crew members in the photo below perished on the plane that was Nairobi bound
