Police Inspector General Joseph Boinnet has confirmed that the gunfire and explosive attack at Dusit Hotel in Westlands was a terrorist attack.
Police Boss did not neither confirm whether the attack was carried out by Al Shabaab militia group.
So far witnesses and journalists have already seen dead bodies and critically injured occupants of Dusit Hotel.
The attack happens the exact day few years ago Kenyan army was attacked in Somalia at their base at El Adde.
