Police detectives are looking to arrest Citizen TV’s top journalist Jacky Maribe over the death of Monica Kimani.
Police say that the car Maribe’s lover Joseph Irungu used to ferry Monica at her house in Kilimani was registered under her Maribe’s name.
A warrant of arrest was issued to Jacky Maribe who has gone missing at her work place besides not responding to calls or text messages.
Statements from police say that Maribe and her lover gave conflicting info of their location during the day Monica was killed in her house.
The two had told the police that Joseph was shot by thieves while at their home, which later changed to being shot while on the way to home by unknown men.
Police also noted that the two said Joseph was treated at Kijabe Hospital prior to their earlier statement of being treated at Langáta hospital
