Police are appealing to the members of the public to offer any information that would lead to the arrest of two young men, seen on video giving a little kid what looks like bhang to smoke.
Through their Twitter handle, they shared a saddening video of the baby struggling to smoke bhang that poorly choked him as he tried to smoke
The crime happened at a known location, but inside what looked like a one room house.
It was not clear how they were related to the minor who was being abused.
