A medium sized company with a successful record of growth is looking for a field sales manager to strengthen its marketing team. Reporting to the CEO, the ideal candidate will be a successful senior sales supervisor or brand executive with over 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing of F.M.C.G
His/her qualification and responsibilities will include the following

To grow and develop company business.
Experience in preparation and review of sales forecasts and budget estimates
Selling to selected key accounts
A team player to train, motivates and lead the salesforce to consistently achieve agreed targets.
Identify, design and implement cost-effective promotional strategies to increase business.
Manage overall account receivables.
Must have a driving licence with over 6 years experience
The company will pay a market-rate salary and a generous commission on sales.
