Do you want to become a good student? Follow these steps recommended by Harvard researchers,

Alternate subjects

Organize your calendar so that you can study at least two subjects per day.

If you study, for example, take the math in the morning and leave language for the afternoon. Varying issues strengthens long-term memory and deepens learning, experts say.

Sleep at night

Far from what we usually think, to stay studying all night is a terrible idea. According to the report, explain that you should sleep at least 7 or 8 hours a night with regular sleep.

Take breaks in your study hours

It is also not advisable to lock yourself 6 hours in a row to read. After a couple of hours concentration and memory naturally begin to fail. That’s why it’s important that you give your mind little breaks to clear.

No release

The key to a good reading that allows you to retain concepts is to read once with full attention.

Try to make the effort to remember what you read before falling into the temptation of wanting to memorize instead of thinking.

Take notes by hand

Finally, even though the technologies are great in the study, when it comes to retaining information, our brain responds to the stimulation of manual writing.

That’s why it’s so important that you take notes and summaries by hand.
