News that Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir has been invited to a summit this weekend in Saudi Arabia which U.S. President Donald Trump is set to attend to has set US politics to another stormy swamp.

Omar was the most wanted man by International Court Of Criminal aka ICC after being convicted of crimes against humanity.

“Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir has been charged by the International Criminal Court with the most grave crimes under international law, for alleged responsibility for abuses in Darfur. The charges are genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity. There really is nothing more serious,” said Keppler Elise, a human rights activist.

The most powerful court has failed to arrest Omar when it should have when he traveled out of Sudan to South Africa and Jordan, which all are members of ICC.

Even though he cannot be arrested in Saudi, Trump has been advised not to dine with him in the same table, or just better said, boycott the whole invitation.

USA is not a member of ICC but under Barack Obama’s presidency, he was a spearhead on arresting the fugitive.
