Tanzania has borrowed a drug whipping leaf from Kenya as the war on fighting hard drugs stretches to the neighbours.

While in Kenya drug barons are mainly politicians and big business people, in Tanzania it is a lucrative business for music artist who are well established.

Here is a list with some of the names who have been presented to the investigation police. The suspects have been already given summons and already facing court battles.

  5. Clouds MP presenter Babuu wa Kitaa
  6. Rapper Nay wa Mitego
  7. Wema’s ex boyfriend Idris Sultan.
  8. Paul Makonda

Some of the culprits have been held at the police post in Dar Investigative Police Post
