You do it without realizing it, you do it because you have been taught this since you were a child, you do it because you think it is what you play, but there are things you should avoid if you want to be happy. Pay attention to these attitudes that harm you.

Judge harshly. We all make mistakes and that does not make us better or worse, it simply makes us human beings.

Punish you. You have realized your mistake and what you must do is learn from it or amend it if you can. But you do not get anywhere by hitting or punishing you.

Not forgiving you. The secret to recover from a mistake is to learn to forgive yourself, something that we are not used to doing and that we should practice more often.

Do not value yourself. One of the dangers of low self-esteem is that you do not value yourself enough. Look for your strengths and strengths and do not forget them at any time.

Your place. Generosity is a virtue, but try not to put others above you. Your happiness comes first, regardless of the opinion of others or what they expect of you.

Toxic people. You do not have to accept everyone in your environment. Eliminate those toxic people who do not let you see all that you are worth.

Not knowing you. Many times the problem is that you have not dedicated time to introspection, that is, to know yourself, your tastes, your needs and your abilities.

Be careful. Happiness has many paths but in all of them you must stop to take care of yourself, pamper yourself and give yourself some whim.

Do not love yourself. You can not be happy without love. But we do not talk about love as a couple, but about love for yourself.

What you deserve. You may seem to have it all and still you are not happy. What if you can not be happy because you think you do not deserve it?
