10 Expensive Nursery Schools In Kenya Where Kids Pay 1 Million Plus

At a tender age, even some of the kids are not able to talk and walk properly, their parents are already paying more than Ksh. one million as school fees.

While it is well understandable that it is possible to cough more than a million plus from the primary level, some parents are just raising the bar of education as early as the age of 5 years.

From the ages of 2 years and above, parents of these little kids are paying a fee of about Ksh 1,219,500 for three years only.

This school based in Nairobi’s lavish estate Lavington has classes classified in unique learning units based on the ages of the kids. Ages 2-3 attend a Butterflies Class, ages 3-4 a Ladybirds Class, ages 4-5 Busybees Class and ages 5-6 Beetles Class.  

Besides kids are served with hot milk at 10.am break and hot chocolate at 3pm before they leave school.

Kids pay a fee for whooping Ksh 1,461,000 for only three years in school.

The school boosts of high end bench-marked curriculum from first world nations such as

  • Common Core State Standards (Literacy and Mathematics),
  • Next Generation Science Standards (Science),
  • Early Years Learning Framework.

4. Braeside School – Ksh. 1.6M

Based in Lavington, off Muthangari road, the school has a key British and Wales curriculum that instills quality and exclusive education to learners who can pay about Ksh 1,692,900 for three years

The driving force Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Effective Practice is geared towards equipping kids with values, knowledge and relevant skills

5. Lycee Denis Diderot– Ksh. 2M

If you want your kid to attend Kenya’s best French school, then you will need  Ksh 2,074,980 for three years.

The school is based along Argwings Kodhek Road, Kilimani (near the Yaya Center).

6.Hillcrest International School- Ksh. 2.2 M

This luxury school based along Langata road in Nairobi admits kids as young as 18 months old.

The kids are expected to pay about Ksh 2,197,050 for three years

These kids are also taught Afro-Fusion Dance, Lamda and Monkeynastix alongside their British-based learning system

7. German School – Ksh. 2.4M

This school based in Nairobi is made up of Kenyan students, foreigners and Germans.

The fee for three years is about Ksh 2,435,406 .

It is also a bi-lingual school

8.The Banda School- Ksh. 2.7M

Located along Magadi road, kids here pay about Ksh 2,730,000. from the ages of of 18 months to 6 years

It is ranked as among the best of Independent Association of Prep Schools (IAPS) outside the UK.

While in Kenya, it is definitely the best school for your little angel.

9.Brookhouse International School – Ksh. 2.8M

Kids here part with about Ksh 2,780,000 for three years.

Brookhouse is based in Nairobi’s posh estate Karen.

Brookhouse also sits adjacent to Nairobi National Park.

10. Braeburn Garden Estate – Ksh. 2.9M

The school has more than 80 nationalities from across the world and offers a British based curriculum.

Braeburn Garden Estate School is available for kids whose parents can pay as much as Ksh 2,961, 300. for three years

Early Years Unit (EYU) admits kids from the ages of 2-5 years
