South Africa have lost Zindzi Mandela who was late Nelson Mandela’s youngest daughter .
Zindzi Mandela died on 12th July in 2020 while working as an ambassador to Denmark
“The 59-year-old daughter of former president Nelson Mandela and struggle stalwart Winnie Madikizela-Mandela, passed away at a Johannesburg hospital in the early hours of this morning,” said public broadcaster SABC.
SA’s government did not announce the cause of her death immediately
About Zindzi Mandela
- Also known as Zindzi Mandela-Hlongwane, she was the third of Nelson Mandela’s three daughters, born to Winnie Mandela
- Zindzi Mandela was just 18 months when haer dad was sent to prison for period of 27 years

- In 1998 on his 80th birthday, Mandela got married to to former Mozambique first lady Graça Machel.
- She was sued in 2011 after arrange a failed boxing match between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao to coincide with her father’s birthday in 2011.
