Kenyan courts have previously made landmark rulings over the past years concerning prolific killers in Kenya.
These evil men proved that serial killers were not a thing of the western or middle east world, but a problem we should move fast and arrest.
Here are some of the most convicted prolific killers.
1.Philip Onyancha
In 1996, A Kiambu based teacher recruited Onyancha into the business of killing people, then he wanted to kill more than 100 people.
But in 2009, he was nabbed just after killing 19 people. All of them were women which he confessed to have also sacked their blood.
His landmark ruling was made in 2018 alongside his accomplices. The ruling happened on April 5th, 2018 alongside Tobias Nyabuhanga Aradi and Douglas Obiero Makori.

2.Edward Shimoli
Within a period of 10 years , he had killed atleast 14 people with more than 88 rape cases. He had also robbed a good number of top banks in Kenya.
He managed to escape four times from Shimo La Tewa prison. At one point chopped off a leg of a prison warder prior to his hanging.
His fate was sealed on August 200 along Kangundo Rd in Nairobi, where he was killed and later buried in Kariokor Muslim Cemetery.
His wife and brother were among his accomplices
3.Simon Matheri
He killed known 11 people, left many raped and robbed many banks in Kenya.
He was killed by more than 200 armed police at his home in Athi River.
Among the prominent he killed included international scientist and AIDS researcher Prof Joel Bwayo and an American missionary.
4.Godfrey Matheri
He was convicted of murder in 2008. Before he is said to have lured women into his house in Naivasha, cut their throat and keep their underwear as a trophy.
He would than take some of the blood to Bishop Jeremiah Pallangyo of New Hope for all Nations as he said.

5.Antony Kanaria
Aka Wacucu, was another serial killed sentenced in 1996.
Wacucu worked with his fellow known as Wanugu to kill people. Before his death he had killed more than 6.
He was gun downed by a police officer named Daniel Seronei. who also killed his fellow Wanugu.
