Apart from President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto, fromer Prime Minister was one of the top dignitaries who addressed the 2018 governors conference in Kakamega county hosted by its governor Wycliffe Oparanya.
The conference which was supposed to be talked about based on its governance agendas, took a political centre stage, and here-say talks.
One such has been the viral sex tape from Anne Waiguru’s deputy Peter Ndambiri, who was caught with another woman no his wife, in a private low class hotel.
The matter has overtakent the soundtracks of development agendas and the sound ideas of taking Kenya ahead.
Shockingly, it is Waiguru who is pulling the palaver talks. Perhaps the conference should be renamed to Waiguru-Kakamega conference 2018!
Her biggest rival, Raila Odinga met and shook her hands to extend his viral and infection handshake challenge.
It should be noted that Raila Odinga pioneered the Waiguru expose at NYS when she was then the CS for Devolution. Raila accused Waiguru of making way with more than 800 million shillings in unclear circumstances.
