11 Places Where Roadblocks Have Been Placed In Nairobi Metropolitan Area

As the fight against the spread of Corona Virus becomes more intensified , yesterday President Uhuru Kenyatta announced that Nairobi Metropolitan Area will be placed under partial lock down.

This means that movements into and out of Nairobi will be restricted for a period of 21 days.

Movements in and out will not be allowed either by air, road or rail transport.

Other areas affected by this cessation movement included Mombasa, Kilif and Kwale .

This is because this four regions are leading in cases of confirmed corona virus

Roadblocks within the Nairobi Metropolitan Area will be raised in the following places;

1. Small world, Athi River
2. Katani, Mlolongo
3. Kamulu
4. Chania Bridge
5. Garissa Road Makutano Junction
6. Uplands
7. Rironi, Maì Mahiu Junction
8. Ngong
9. Kiserian
10. Isinya
11. Ting’ang’a
