Content creator 2mbili has broken his silence after fellow comedian Oga Obinna alleged that bad luck and demonic possession plague him. Obinna’s remarks followed 2mbili’s recent car accident while traveling to Kisii for Stivo Simple Boy’s event.
Obinna’s Claims
During an interview, Obinna advised 2mbili to seek spiritual deliverance, expressing concerns about the calamities that have surrounded him. Obinna emphasized the importance of being present for one’s children and suggested that deliverance could help change 2mbili’s situation.
2mbili’s Respectful Response
In an interview with SPM Buzz, 2mbili addressed the claims, maintaining his respect for Oga Obinna despite the accusations. He stated that he has never insulted Obinna, even after being labeled with names such as “bad omen” and “possessed.”
“I have received so many names through him: I’m a snake, I have demons, I’m bad luck. But because of my respect for him, you will just find me chilling. If it were someone else, I would have responded harshly. I respect him, and I respect the work he does,” 2mbili said.
He also revealed that he has made several attempts to meet Obinna in person to resolve their differences and understand the root of their issues but has not been successful.
The Role of His Girlfriend in Maintaining Peace
2mbili explained that his girlfriend, Jackie, works with Obinna, which further motivates him to keep things civil. “I wouldn’t want to strain their relationship because of anything I might say,” he said.
Despite the ongoing tension, 2mbili reiterated that he holds no ill will toward Obinna and values their past bond. “He is still someone I consider a brother. I’ve reached out to people close to him, like his brother and PA, to try and resolve this, but it hasn’t worked so far,” he added.
2mbili’s calm approach to handling Obinna’s allegations has won him admiration from fans, many of whom believe his restraint reflects his maturity and respect for relationships.
