I had always been told that there are work nemesis that make you feel like quitting your wonderful job because there is simply no peace when they are around, but I had never experienced them first class. They are the people who try to make your life at work a living hell and it is a miracle if you do not clash head-on. They may even try to get you demoted or fired and you must try very much to remain professional. Don’t wish that you would just spit in their lunch! It is therefore very important to follow the guidelines below to avoid being frustrated. Try them out, I did and they worked

Office Conflict

Know your enemy better

Ever heard about keeping your friends close but your enemies closer? It is very important once you discover your nemesis to keep them closer. This is better done better by befriending them and knowing more about them. It is vital to understand them and try to resolve any conflict between you. You might find that they may have some job insecurity because of you. By listening and understanding your enemy, you might just turn your archrival to your trusted ally.

Success: the best weapon

Success is normally the best revenge to such people. When everything seems to be going wrong, just ignore your nemesis and succeed. This will make them feel like chocking on their own saliva. Maintain a positive attitude in your job and focus on maintaining good relationships with your colleagues and supervisors. When you perform the best to your ability and your work is noted, and you will have succeeded. And despite them trying to tarnish your image, everything will blow on their face.

Be the better person

When you meet a person who simply hates you for nothing, be the better person by remaining calm and composed. When speaking to your nemesis, it is important to be calm no matter how rude or vicious they attack you. When they gossip you behind your back to your fellow colleagues, simply provide full close to your colleagues about the situation. You will be transparent to your fellow workers and the rumors will fade fast.
