Many students find it difficult to plan their studies. It takes a lot of organization to be able to optimize your own time, making the most of every minute of exercise and reading.

Contents
1 – Identify your distractions2 – Plan the studies3 – Give priority to subjects according to the degree of difficulty4 – Study one content at a time

Knowing this, we list below 4 techniques to be more productive when studying. Read below and get ready for exams!

1 – Identify your distractions

Before starting to study, it is interesting to make a list identifying what usually disperses your attention. For example, if your mobile phone is in your way, consider it in this reflection and then keep the device away from you. This technique can work as a great way to optimize your time, avoiding dispersions that can interrupt your study pace.

2 – Plan the studies

It is essential to prepare a plan that includes the content to be studied on the day. You can make a list on paper, draw up a personal calendar or write on your own phone, using applications, for example. There are several ways to organize yourself. The important thing is to choose the one that best suits your profile.

3 – Give priority to subjects according to the degree of difficulty

Starting with the subjects that you think are most important at that moment can be quite interesting. For example, if you have more difficulty with exact science problems, starting with this content may be a good idea. This is because, at the beginning of studies, the brain is usually less overloaded, having more predisposition to think about subjects that require greater effort and attention.

4 – Study one content at a time

Do not try to study several contents at the same time. It is likely that this will only cause you to mix the materials, confusing the subjects and increasing feelings of anxiety and tiredness. Daily, reserve time to study a little of each topic, giving priority to those that are most important for the test.
