The tie is one of the elements that characterizes men’s fashion, all men have at least one of them in our closet waiting for the right occasion to leave.

This accessory has become the symbol of elegance, as there is nothing like wearing a suit and tie to attend a special event.

However, we have to use it in the best way, because not all of them are left to any shirt; you have to take into account the color, cut of the suit and occasion.

1.The right length is at the waist

The tip of the tie should always come just at the waist, except if it is a short suit, where it can hang slightly above the navel.

2.The tie knot has to fit the neck of the shirt

A point where there are many mistakes, the triangle that forms the neck of the shirt and the tie have to have balance (neither too tight nor too big).

3.Relationship with the handkerchief

The tie should not be combined with the handkerchief; However, both have to go with the colors of the suit.

4.Take into account the flap of your sack

A very simple point, if the lapel is thick the tie too, if the tie is thin the same.

5.The width of the tie

The standard style is excellent for a formal event, while the skinny is informal and you can wear it on a normal day.
