Some jobs only tire you of imagining them, they are activities with great physical wear and tear, for example, rural workers, miners, manual workers, firemen, etc.

But there are a large number of professions that, although they do not seem so, also demand a great physical energy drain for those who perform them and only they know them.

These are professions that are often included in the list of those that cause the most injuries and whose occupational risks are high.

Although they are not among the jobs considered dangerous, that is to say that they work in adverse climates, with heavy machinery or in spaces under the earth, they report a number of cases of injuries in the labor statistics.

  1. Musicians : They work long days of rehearsals in addition to their functions are at night.
  2. Health workers : They have to help patients move, and they are standing all the time.
  3. Dental workers: They have to do maneuvers to work in the mouth, so back pain, shoulders and neck are common in them.
  4. The masseurs (massage professions): They have to put a lot of strength to make the patient relax.
  5. Stylists: They are standing all day in addition to performing repetitive movements that damage their hands.
