Some bosses just commit serious errors which at sometimes make good employees abandon their jobs for other firms or ventures.

1.They do not recognize their employees

While employees are able to assume a higher interest, they are unlikely to remain in one place if their contributions are not valued.

  1. Promote the wrong people

Ascending or hiring the wrong people can demotivate the team and even cause dramatic consequences in the workplace, therefore, it is not a decision that can be taken lightly.
