Sometimes, we can feel that there are no hours left, because we do not always have time to do all the work that we have to deliver or finish.

Perhaps it is not a shortage of time, but a simple human failure: a bad organization of the tasks to be performed in the working day.

Awakening and doing things in a proper order can make a difference to make the day and be more productive.

  1. Find a ritual for the morning

The beginning is the most important, and to do it correctly, we must change the mentality and not do things with regret.

On the contrary, we have to think that during that beginning of the day we have goals to fulfill the game style.

A ritual can make things easier, sing a playlist or run in the morning help to think positive and put in a better mood.

  1. You must sit well

Working at a desk all day can be boring, and it turns out that we do not sit down correctly. Especially if we bend, because of this position presses the diaphragm against the lungs and limits the ability to breathe properly.

We know that with respiration we oxygenate the brain, if we do not allow this to happen, our ability to concentrate will be fragmented. Unconsciously we adopted this position, but if we suddenly realize we are doing it, then it is advisable to set the body in motion, it can help to get up a little from the chair or walk a little.

  1. Organize your schedules according to your energy

Energy levels are directly related to productivity. In this case, it is a matter of recognizing our strength and recording the way energy changes from one day to the next. This will make it easier to set up a schedule that will help us accomplish daily tasks.

  1. Generate incentives to complete tasks

Many things can distract us in the office: the telephone, going to drink water or the window to the street. Instead of letting this steal our time, we have to set triggers that serve as an incentive to do the work we must do.

It is better to set up a system that allows you to rest after doing a simple activity. In this way, the brain captures smaller portions of time when doing something, so it does not become so tired and eternal.

  1. Drink water

It is normal that during the morning, one of the first activities in the office is to drink coffee. But, the benefits of drinking water during the day are greater. After 7 or 9 hours of rest the body is dehydrated. If caffeine is the first thing we put in the body, it is very likely that dehydration will reach us faster.

Dehydration can have such effects as dizziness, slowness, confusion and even fainting. Therefore, it is better to drink water throughout the day.
