5 Tricks To Smell Good Even If You Have Not Bathed In Several Days

The daily bath is important to bring good hygiene and, therefore, to habit for our well-being.

However, there are reasons why we sometimes choose not to bathe, for example, to avoid skin problems, to maintain the natural fat of the hair

Also to keep the skin hydrated and strong, to protect ourselves from diseases, as the daily bath rains down with Good bacteria or other reasons that have to do with the environment such as not wasting water.

But quiet, here we have some tricks to smell good even if you have not bathed in several days. Take note.

That the lack of bathroom is not noticed with unpleasant smells

  1. Change your clothes on a daily basis. including your inner clothes to avoid getting a bad smell and even an infection
  2. Use a deodorant, to give you a good smell
  3. Use socks because your feet sweat so much, also change them on a daily basis with shoes
  4. Use body oil than perfumes. Body oils do not last so long as compared to the latter
  5. Eat good diet. Avoid spicy foods and onions which promote bad odor on your body. Dwell mon fruits and vegetables. Also avoid garlic
  6. Moisturize your skin by drinking alot of water. Take atleast two litres of water per day
