See how it can make social networks stop being a problem and become a motivation for studies:

1 – Set specific times

By constantly checking your phone, you will not be able to perform well in your studies. So when you start studying, determine the time of day when you will look at your social networks. Respect the created timetable, because the reflection of this attitude will be directly visible in the improvement of your school grades.

2 – Have teachers on social networks

Most of your teachers must be present on social networks. Add these people so you can learn more and more from the texts and ideas they share on their profiles.

3 – Don’t try to know everything

One of the biggest problems of social networks is the amount of information that you will be exposed to every day. So that you don’t lose focus on your studies, don’t try to find out about everything your colleagues are sharing, as this could affect your productivity. A good idea is to focus on the most important issues, like global news.

4 – Delete the applications from the mobile phone

While studying, it is a good idea to delete the applications from the social networks on your mobile phone. As focused as you are while studying, it is inevitable to use the device when you notice that there is a notification for you. Don’t let this get in the way of your routine and, especially, that it will damage your grades.

5 – Follow motivational pages

Get in touch with content that can motivate you to study more and more. So, follow pages that you believe can contribute to your personal development and reflect directly on your school grades.
