We give you a list of foods that incorporate them into your diet, will help you improve your concentration .

1. Fish is good for concentration

Fish, mainly salmon, is an important source of Omega 3 . This is a fatty acid that helps the brain to have maximum performance.

Therefore, to include this type of meat in your diet, you will increase your concentration and consequently, your performance.

2. Olive oil and its benefits

Fats are a substance that promotes the functioning of the brain. However, not all are good, but those found in olive oil  will help you not get distracted when it comes to being in front of a book or notebook

3. Bread and grain cookies

The flours are carbohydrates. This means that they release an amino acid called tryptophan, which produces serotonin, a neurotransmitter that promotes relaxation.

This implies that, of eating bread and cookies, you will have a greater predisposition to learning since you will be less stressed. The same happens with pasta since its main ingredient is flour.

4. Eating eggs improves long-term memory

Eggs are a great source of protein. This implies that its intake helps the brain to be always alert to different situations.

5. Nuts and almonds improve memory and concentration

These nuts have the same properties as proteins. This makes them always collaborate in our concentration . Even a recent study from the University of Scranton published on the BBC  website  showed that it is an ideal product to prevent heart problems, certain types of cancer and type 2 diabetes, due to its high level of antioxidants and proteins.

6 . Healthy avocado fats improve our concentration levels

The avocado helps to absorb the fats of the soluble vitamins and builds the cells of the nerve cells. In addition, this food contains a silimar fat to the olive that is highly recommended for the heart. As it is rich in vitamin E, it reduces strokes and protects against breast cancer.
