In a short time you have to take an exam , and as usual in you, when you are a couple of weeks you start to study. You spend long hours reading, highlighting the most important thing, lost among books and  notes of all kinds.

The day of the test arrives, and although you studied not everything goes as expected. In fact, it is not the first time that your academic results do not accompany your enthusiasm to study.

For what is this? Most likely, you do not use the correct method when studying . That is, you practice  unhealthy habits to achieve maximum performance when studying.

There are so many ways to study or  prepare a test as students in the world. However, some have proven to be better than others thanks to  research and scientific analysis, which position them as the most appropriate to achieve high academic performance .
