Seven habits can mean that change you are waiting for. Here we share them!

1.Organize your time

They think about the time available and place activities to do during the day.

  1. They go to classes and actively participate in them

They attend classes punctually, pay attention and participate to interact with their teacher and classmates. In this way they capture the information, analyze if they understand everything that is said and improve their ability to memorize the data.

  1. They take good class notes

They record all the necessary information, with order and clarity, to later understand at home with ease.

4.Attend the most difficult first

Instead of starting with the simplest or the most pleasant, they begin with the most difficult and complex. In this way, they use their greatest effort to solve the toughest tasks, and can then devote themselves to other simpler aspects that require less energy.

  1. Review the subject they saw during the day

Every day, they review the material seen in class. With this, they increase their capacity of memorization and comprehension.

  1. Establish topics and objectives for each hour of study

Each hour of study available, they assign a utility according to priorities and more urgent matters. They have a purpose every time they sit down to study.

  1. Take adequate rest times

They dedicate part of their time to play sports, eat healthy and rest well. Health allows them to have excellent performance.
