Health CS Mutahi Kagwe has confirmed that the Corona Virus COVID-19 diesease is now in atleast each and every estate in Nairobi.
During his press briefing on 18th April 2020, he noted that 16 more individuals tested positive raising the number to 262 total confirmed cases in Kenya
Of the 16 who tested positive, 9 are from Nairobi, Mombasa 5 and Homa Bay 1. None has a history of travel and none was in quarantine. 7 discharged bringing recoveries to 60 – Health CS Mutahi Kagwe
A group of Kenyans camoflaged as moruners with an empty cascet managed to travel from Nairobi to Homabay where thei=y were arrested.
The driver of the said vehicle was tested positive.
