Five years ago, Angela Angwenyi announced her retirement, but today she is back on radio after landing a lucrative international job.
On June 29th, she announced that she had been appointed to take over a breakfast show on AYV Radio based in Sierra Leone.
“So it’s raining cats and dogs outside… First day back on air after 5 years of being off the radio, nerves galore… Wish me luck. Sierra Leone let’s do this,” she posted.
Her show called The Breakfast Show will be live every weekday from 7:30 a.m. -10:30 a.m
Angela joined Nation FM from Radio Africa’s Kiss FM.
