1. Plan a day before, 2. Focus on your performance. 3. Take a break. 4. Eat well and drink enough water.

The points that can be adjusted should be conditioned to your schedule, but with a great influence on the results you manage to have. Like everything in life, small actions are what build great things, for this reason everything will depend on your small efforts, but significant actions, to become more productive.

Here are some tips that might help you achieve your productivity

1. Plan a day before,

Prioritizing the most important tasks. If time is enough to do few things, you must bear in mind that they are the most important and that they cannot wait.

2. Focus on your performance.

Do not be distracted by the works of others, much less by the news that is circulating every day, including social networks.

3. Take a break.

Choose from your planning a few minutes for yourself, preferably 10 minutes of meditation with special music. Your body and brain will relax and you will be able to work with more energy.

4. Eat well and drink enough water.

This will play an indispensable role, since good nutrition with the required hydration stimulates the body to be more energetic, and therefore more productive
