DCI detectives pleaded with murder suspect Charles Oluenyi in Nairobi not to commit suicide before his arrest.
Oluenyi was was reportedly accused of murdering his girlfriend by tying her on bed before setting her body on fire, was cornered by police in his hideout.
Video posted by DCI shows the suspect shappening knives and trying to kill himself.
He even went ahead to try and jump off from the cliff of the house.
Voices of the police can be heard pleading with him not to take his life.
