Mulamwah Dares Oga Obinna to Stay Silent for a Week Amid Escalating Beef

Kenyan comedian Mulamwah has ignited a fiery exchange with fellow entertainer Oga Obinna, challenging him to remain silent about celebrities for a week and still create meaningful content. The ongoing online spat between the two has taken centre stage in the entertainment scene, with fans watching closely as the drama unfolds.

The tension began when Oga Obinna revealed he was blocked on Instagram and never received an invite to Mulamwah’s recent comedy event. In response, Mulamwah made it clear that Obinna wasn’t snubbed—he simply needed to buy a ticket like everyone else, as the event wasn’t by invitation only.

Mulamwah Calls Out Obinna’s Behavior

In a candid video, Mulamwah expressed his frustrations with Obinna, accusing him of always seeking the spotlight and inserting himself into every trending topic.

“You like being at the center of everything. Harusi imefanywa, you want to be the center. Show inawekwa, you want to be center of it. Wacha watu wengine wa shine in the moment,” he said.

Mulamwah went further to accuse Obinna of hypocrisy, claiming he publicly gives opinions about others while privately looking down on them. He also stated that he skipped an interview on Obinna TV because he doesn’t support the negativity that often comes with the host’s commentary.

The Root of the Rift

The comedian also shared a video of Obinna and content creator Dem Wa Facebook joking about his son—something Mulamwah said deeply offended him. While Obinna may have forgotten the incident, Mulamwah insists it’s still fresh in his mind and a key reason behind their current fallout.

“Not that we have nothing to say, we are just staying silent,” Mulamwah said, issuing a challenge to Obinna to go a week without speaking about any celebrity.

“You are not an artiste, just a parasite riding on everything that is going on,” he added bluntly.

Mixed Reactions from the Public

The drama has sparked a wave of reactions online. Fellow comedian DJ Shiti jokingly questioned whether Obinna could ever manage to keep quiet, considering his loud personality and frequent clashes—even with his baby mamas. Others backed Mulamwah, stating that not every entertainer needs to attend every event or insert themselves into every conversation.

Mulamwah’s Life Moves On

Despite the ongoing beef, Mulamwah has not let the drama slow him down. Just days after confirming his split from Ruth K, he has already hinted at a new relationship, posting a photo of a curvy lady in his apartment and captioning it “to new life.”

As the war of words continues, fans are left divided over who is in the right. But one thing is clear—Mulamwah is done playing nice and is standing firm on his values, while challenging his peers to create content without constantly riding on others’ names. Whether Obinna will take on the challenge remains to be seen.
