Amber Ray has sparked online buzz after revealing her latest purchase, a brand-new white Range Rover worth an estimated KSh 7 million. The unveiling comes amid speculation about a possible split from her fiancé, Kennedy Rapudo. For weeks, Rapudo has been absent from Amber’s social media updates, a sharp contrast to the couple’s usual public display of affection. The two, who often showcased their luxury lifestyle, last appeared together during a holiday in Thailand. Since then, Amber has only posted moments with her children and updates from her Syokimau home.
On Wednesday, August 13, Amber shared that she woke up feeling low. In the past, she would lift her mood with flowers, but this time she wanted something more. She instructed her florist to skip the bouquet and instead wrap her “new toy.” She explained that one of her biggest life lessons has been to love herself unapologetically. “Life has taught me that it’s okay to show up for yourself, to love yourself loudly, and to celebrate even the little victories. A present from me, to me, because I deserve it,” she said.
The delivery footage posted on Instagram showed the ribbon-adorned SUV arriving at her Syokimau home. Amber, alongside her two children, watched as the vehicle rolled off the truck and into her driveway. Many fans congratulated her, with some joking about her calling a luxury SUV a “toy.” Comments poured in praising her decision to treat herself and encouraging her self-love philosophy.
Outside of the luxury purchase, Amber has also been active in farming. She recently appeared on Citizen TV’s “Kenya’s Gold,” where she showcased her kitchen garden. The space, enclosed by a white picket fence, grows sukuma wiki, onions, and spinach. Her daughter, Africanah, joined her in tending the plants while chickens roamed nearby. Kennedy Rapudo was also present during the farming segment, offering support. This has left fans divided on whether the breakup rumours hold weight. Amber Ray’s latest move has kept her firmly in the spotlight, blending luxury with homestead life, and fueling ongoing conversations about her personal journey.
