Gospel musician Guardian Angel has opened up about his hefty monthly expenses, revealing that his bills alone cost him at least KSh 1.5 million. The “Wakati wa Mungu” hitmaker shared the details during an interview with Alex Mwakideu, sparking surprise among viewers.

Guardian Angel explained that his monthly bills cover his studio, an office in Karen, and staff salaries. He employs three farmhands, assigning one to manage goats, another to handle vegetables, and a third to maintain the farm grounds. He added that his monthly expenses sometimes exceed KSh 2 million. “There are those I have not mentioned. Sometimes it exceeds KSh 2 million and you can wonder. Just my businesses,” he said.

Despite the large outlays, Guardian Angel assured fans that he earns substantially, noting, “Kuingi nazo zinaingia mpaka unashanga,” indicating that his income comfortably covers his lifestyle and business operations.

The revelation drew mixed reactions online. Some fans praised his success and acknowledged the scale of his business operations. Others criticized him for appearing arrogant or flaunting his wealth.

Guardian Angel’s disclosure provides insight into the financial demands of running a music career, multiple business ventures, and maintaining a household staff. His transparency highlights the balance between high earnings and significant expenses in the life of a top gospel musician in Kenya.
