Gospel singer Guardian Angel has stepped in to support Nakuru businesswoman Harriet Akinyi after her heartfelt appeal for help moved Kenyans across the country. Guardian visited Harriet at her eatery, Tule Kienyeji, where he encouraged her, held her hand, and prayed for the success and growth of her business.
Harriet Akinyi recently went viral after sharing a tearful video on social media. In the video, she revealed that her restaurant was facing serious financial challenges. She explained that customer numbers had dropped sharply, making it difficult to cover daily operational costs such as rent, supplies, and staff wages. Her emotional message resonated with many Kenyans who related to the struggles of small business owners.
In a desperate effort to stay afloat, Harriet disclosed that she was willing to sell Tule Kienyeji for about KSh 100,000 despite having invested more than KSh 1 million into the business. She also appealed directly to Kenyans to visit her eatery and support her rather than see the business collapse. Her honesty and vulnerability sparked an outpouring of support.
Following her appeal, customers from different parts of the country began visiting Tule Kienyeji in Nakuru. Several well known personalities also showed up to support her, including comedian Professor Hamo and Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika. Their presence brought renewed attention to the eatery and boosted foot traffic.
Guardian Angel also made time to visit Harriet in person. A video shared on social media showed the gospel singer warmly interacting with her inside the restaurant. He held her hand and prayed, asking God to grant her vision, favour, and an increase in clients. He acknowledged her hard work and commitment to building her business in Nakuru.
During the prayer, Guardian asked for divine provision and success. He prayed that Harriet would receive favour that would not only sustain her business but also help it grow. He encouraged her by saying that God had seen her sacrifices and that a breakthrough was coming. He went on to pray for more customers and long term success.
After the prayer, Guardian reassured Harriet that her business would thrive. He expressed confidence that she would one day open additional branches of Tule Kienyeji. His words offered hope and renewed faith at a time when Harriet had been close to giving up.
Harriet responded with gratitude after the video was shared online. In the comments, she thanked Guardian Angel for visiting her business and praying for her. She also expressed her hope of hosting him and his wife at the eatery in the future.
The visit highlighted the power of compassion, community support, and faith in uplifting struggling entrepreneurs. Harriet Akinyi’s story continues to inspire many small business owners facing similar challenges, while Guardian Angel’s gesture has been praised as a reminder of the impact of encouragement and prayer.
