Many people don’t know this, but once in while you need to cleanse your system especially your liver.  Drinking lot of water helps to drive toxins out of your body to a certain extent though, only you can take further and detox. You can detox by eat organic fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water and yes we all know it, excising. Here are tips to help you detox

– Eat of fiber, like brown rice and organically-grown fresh fruits and vegetables. Beets, turmeric, garlic, artichokes, cabbage, broccoli, spinach, ginger, blueberries, sprouts and seaweed are excellent detoxifying foods.

– Exercise for 45 minutes daily. Brisk walking, rebounding, running, cycling and cross-country skiing are excellent choices. Be sure to consult a physician prior to beginning.

– Take vitamin C, which helps the body produce glutathione, a liver compound that drives away toxins. Take chlorella or spirulina tablets daily to supplement your diet.

– Drink lots and lots of water daily.

– Breathe deeply to allow oxygen to circulate more completely through your system.

– Transform stress by emphasizing positive emotions.

– Practice hydrotherapy by taking a very hot shower for five minutes, allowing the water to run on your back. Follow with cold water for 30 seconds. Do this three times, and then get into bed for 30 minutes.

– Sauna to help eliminate toxins through the skin in sweat. Consult your physician or doctor.

– Cut back on alcohol consumption. Alcohol must be filtered by the liver, which has more than 500 other functions.

– If you smoke you need to stop and please don’t expose other people to second hand smoking.

– Try to go to beauty spa and have body treatment to remove toxins through your pores. Special brushes are available at natural products stores
