The IE IE Foundation presents #IEWomen, a scholarship fund for women with a budget of 6 million euros.

The goal of #IEWomen is to facilitate access to the best women’s talent programs by giving priority to women in the fields of technology, entrepreneurship, leadership or on the African continent.

IE has been betting from the beginning by diversity as a fundamental value of the institution. Along these lines, #IEWomen aims to boost women’s leadership in the area of ​​technology, boost entrepreneurship and strengthen their leadership.

“It is important to know what women want in terms of their training, professional career and future success,” says Celia de Anca, director of the Center for Diversity at the IE Foundation, the driving force behind this initiative.

In addition to reinforcing student funding with this scholarship fund, IE Women on its way to excellence will expand the mentoring program to facilitate mentoring relationships among students, alumni and the international business community.

Work is also underway on the creation of the IE Women website and a blog to share information on women’s events, initiatives and issues of the ‘Women of Color’ campaign, articles and blog of IE Women leaders and continue to support The most influential women within the university community and promote their work at an international level.
