At JKIA, a bunch of 72 illegal immigrants alighted today after traveling from USA. Among the them were 5 Kenyans and the rest were Somalis who were deported over immigration issues.
“They were deported over immigration issues including lacking papers. We had been informed of their planned arrival. The Somalis will proceed to Mogadishu while Kenyans will be processed here accordingly,” said an informed official who requested not to be named.
The deportation process had targeted about 88 immigrants from Est Africa and Somali in an ongoing operation to expel illegal immigrants from USA.
Earlier in 2017, January, Trump dispatched a bunch of 90 similar group among them 2 Kenyans while the rest were Somalis.
This process has taken a good course since President Donald Trump’s signing of executive orders that included a temporary ban on most refugees and a suspension of visas for citizens of Syria and six other nations.
