GIFs, the latest innovation of technology in the field of multimedia, has breathed some life to the ‘dead’ photos and emojis.

Even though photos used to send a signal of more than a 1000 words, Gifs is the beginning of the end of photos.

The technology fuses well with the photos and videos, drawing the line of re-invention of the wheel very clearly.

Gifs will have to compete with Audio, Pictures and Videos in the line of multimedia. Gifs are meant to dominate internet and social media more than the rest.

The person who invented GIFS must have had a thought of communicating something in video and picture form using about one second.

Currently GIFS are popular on WhatsApp, Twitter, Telegram and Facebook.

GIFS have just preceded emojis, which are neither photos nor but just graphical animations. You can easily replace an emoji with any kind of a GIF you got. Luckily you can as well create your own GIF
