On one normal day when all employees were getting back to their work, they were all greeted by a note before they could take on their duties.

‘Yesterday the person who has been hindering your growth in this company passed away’, the disturbing message read.

At first the employees were happy to to learn that the person was no more so they will never be bothered again.

But again, they were saddened, since death was no a laughing or a happy matter.

They were then interested to know who had died.

‘We invite you to join the funeral in the room that has been prepared in the gym,’ the note provided much instruction and assistance needed.

Their sadness and curiosity to know who the company had lost to the evil hand of death grew further as they walked towards the directed area.

At the funeral, they were finally excited to learn who had passed on to the next world of spirits.

‘Who is this person who has been hindering my progress,’ one of the employees said in a whisper.

‘Atleast he’s gone now,’ whispered another.

Each employee however had a chance to visit the coffin and view the body, but each of them became speechless once they looked inside.

It was as if someone had touched the deepest part of their soul.

So why did they become speechless?

Inside the coffin there was a mirror, and everyone who looked inside could see themselves.

Next to the mirror was a sign which silently read,

‘There is only one person who is capable of setting limits to your growth: You.’

You are the only person who can revolutionize your life, influence your happiness and success,

You are also the only person who can help yourself. This is because your life does not change when your boss changes, when your friends change, when your partner changes, when your company changes.

You life only changes when you change, when you go beyond your limiting beliefs. When you realize that you are the only one responsible for your life.

‘The most important relationship you can have is the one you have with yourself.’
