A  bizarre love moment happened at Cayenne Restaurant & Lounge in Bukoto, Uganda where a young lady is said to have picked a microphone , went on her knees and popped the question to her elderly lover who is a white settler in Uganda.

The incident has shocked so many bearing in mind that it is even the lady who proposed to the lover, which is the reversed reality of the African marriage culture.

Even so, about a year ago, a young Ugandan upcoming artist also proposed to another elderly white woman who later separated even before a year could go down
