Passengers travelling from Mombasa to Nairobi were on early Sunday morning locked down by unknown traffic gridlock on Mombasa road for more than 12 hours.
Business made loss as everything came stand still for the passengers and drivers who were forced to sleep on the strip along Lukenya where traffic turns off to Manchakos junction and Nairobi.
Many motorists and road users thought the traffic was caused by poor economy planning for a fast rising Kenya.
Most of concerned Kenyans complained about the poor state of Mombasa road

Effects of bad urban planning, bad roads, bad governance affects both the rich and the poor. There are no special lanes for the tribes in power! Stay woke! https://t.co/VmEhx2COEl
