A section of fraudsters have been conning members of Embakassi East Area with their latest Motorbike con game.
The cartels have been conning the innocent Kenyans claiming that the Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino was issuing boda boda bikes only when you send them sh.5000 for logbook ‘processing fee’
Babu Owino has confirmed that these are con stars and need to be behind bars, he also placed a price on anyone who will help with information leading to the arrest of the culprits
