Bobi Wine who is undergoing treatment in USA has awarded Embakassi East MP Babu Owino with an appreciation certificate following his protest comments when the Ugandan MP was detained by Yoweri Museveni’s army.
Babu Owino while in Nairobi threatened to release a group of demonstrators headed for Uganda in order to demand release of the musician.
The viral MP also directed harsh remarks towards the reign of President Museveni
