NASA leader Raila Odinga and Head of State President Uhuru Kenyatta received Honorary Degrees of Doctor of Sciences at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology
“I accept with humility the university’s acceptance to honour me during this graduation ceremony,” the President said
He was feted for being feted for his dedication to development for the good of all Kenyans, various achievements and his show of exemplary patriotism.
Raila Odinga on his side, was awarded the Honorary Degree for his immense contribution to the society.
“The university charter believes Raila ascribes to the values of the learning institution and has rendered distinguished service in the advancement of any branch of learning or service to humanity,” Stephen Agong’ who is the Vice Chancellor said.
