A police officer who appeared too drunk and confused was recorded by other road users who claimed that he had knocked down a woman.
The police is seen in a police vehicle, with his registration police number 55195.
In the video, the police claimed that he had settled the case with the woman who looked without serious injuries.
The police also claimed that he was not drunk, and he was ‘saved’.
